Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes.  However please be aware of the high shipping cost.  Please email  for any question.
I have already placed my order. Can I make changes to it?
  • You may submit request to make changes to your order(s) via email However, if the item has already been prepared and shipped, we can no longer make changes.
Can I return or exchange an item or items?
  • We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for store credit only. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.  Once we receive the garment, we will issue an exchange or provide store credit for your next purchase.  For any returned goods, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.  For any damaged goods, we're more than happy to replace it as well.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
  • We ship Monday through Friday via USPS Priority. You will receive a confirmation of shipping with a tracking code. Please allow 2 to 3 days for a tracking confirmation.
Do you ship to PO Box address?
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
I purchased a product from another retailer. How do i handle returns?
  • Unfortunately, we can only accept returns or address customer issues for purchases made through our website.
